So helpful! Thank you!

The word codependency never rung my bell until I listened to this book. My experiences were not with an addict so somehow I thought the word didn't apply to me.... and I was so wrong. This book is such an important tool for anyone who gives away themselves in order to keep the peace. Thank you to all who put it together.

Historia
Should I Stay or Should I Go? is a survival manual, a guidebook, and a shot of reality. Some people will never change, and kissing frogs is the stuff of fairy tales, not real life. The Beast never turns out to be a nice guy (or gal). This is a book that breaks down what mean people do to us, how they do it, and what we can do to survive.

This is such a good resource. I consider this book a tool in my proverbial toolbox. Dr. Ramani is articulate, informative, and helpful. She has taught me so much to help me in my journey. This book really spoke to me in all the ways I needed. I believe she deserves the nobel peace prize for all the work she does to help people through so many toxic situations. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has experienced psychological or emotional abuse. Thank you Dr. Ramani.

Historia
It is unusual to find a book as funny, thought-provoking, and life-changing as Becoming Toxic Person Proof. This book finally bridges the gap between studying toxic personalities and actually keeping yourself safe from them! Sarah provides the insights used to successfully help people around the world, stop talking about their toxic people problems and start solving their toxic people problems. She flips the script on traditional notions such as codependency and teaches you how toxic people use your strengths against you.

Historia
On The Power of Vulnerability, Dr. Brown offers an invitation and a promise - that when we dare to drop the armor that protects us from feeling vulnerable, we open ourselves to the experiences that bring purpose and meaning to our lives. Here she dispels the cultural myth that vulnerability is weakness and reveals that it is, in truth, our most accurate measure of courage.
