Historia
Applying cutting-edge research in the field of positive psychology - the scientific principles taught in his wildly popular course at Harvard University - Ben-Shahar takes us off the impossible pursuit of perfection and directs us to the way to happiness, richness, and true fulfillment. He shows us the freedom derived from not trying to do it all right all the time and the real lessons that failure and painful emotions can teach us.

I thought this book was excellent and it really has helped me to understand myself so much and think about how I communicate with people.

Historia
Everyone from Wakarusa, Indiana, remembers the infamous case of January Jacobs, who was discovered in a ditch hours after her family awoke to find her gone. Margot Davies was six at the time, the same age as January—and they were next-door neighbors. In the twenty years since, Margot has grown up, moved away, and become a big-city journalist. But she’s always been haunted by the feeling that it could’ve been her. And the worst part is, January’s killer has never been brought to justice.

Really pathetic attempt by an amateur writer
Revisado: 11-06-22
There’s so many brilliant writers out there that can weave together a story that will have your head spinning for days.. but this was not one of them. Very lazy writing and way too many plot holes for this book to be taken seriously. It feels as if it was written by a bored stay at home mom who started a true crime podcast and then let that fame get to her head. Shame on good reads having this as a 4.7, that’s 10 hours and 1 credit of my life I’ll never get back.
