Excellent tools for leadership and ones you can reuse over and over

Amanda and Gene provide thoughtful and well tried tools to help any leader, and provide relatable scenarios for anyone leading a team. I will be using these tools often, and referring back to the book to improve my leadership and personal skills when having tough conversations.
