Gaslighting is an insidious form of manipulation and emotional abuse that is difficult to recognize and even more difficult to release. The effects that can result from a (short or long) relationship with a narcissist can be devastating for the person who suffers them. Right now you need someone who has already experienced your same symptoms, the same experience, the same anxieties and fears, but also someone who, like me, has managed to recover and find himself, finding the right strengths and methods to get out from this bad situation.

Good book let down by disappoining translation

I received this book for free for my review. This is such an interesting book! It has a ton of content on gaslighting manupilation, interesting take on various life situations. Definitely a very good balance of theory and practical content.
But the reader was a big problem for me. It's as if the person couldn't pronounce certain words for some physical reason. I certainly don't want to upset anyone, especially since I got this book for free. But this was a major let down for me.
This book would benefit from a better narration. Maybe the author himself should have narrated it

Well worth the time to listen

Meditations should be easy to learn, at least in theory. But for me it's the hardest part. It's one of the most difficult things in my life and I'm not sure I will be able to do it myself. But this guide was definitely helpful and I found it much easier to follow the reader. I received this book for free for my review.

I learnt a lot

I got this book for my honest review through audio boom.
This is a very well put together story of the secret internet, so secret that not many of us actually are aware of it! There was a lot of historical info, lots of stories which I never knew could happen right in front of us, in the 'other' part of the internet.
I'm a dark web 'virgin' so to speak, so the book was a real discovery for me.
My best recommendations!

This is an honest review for a book I got from audiobook boom. Actually, I quite liked this book. I'm only a beginning author but I thought there's a lot of helpful information for me to continue my writing journey. It's really a great book to have in your collection and I'm thinking that I could use a printed copy of this book as well.
What got me off slightly - the narration. Seems like the narrator wasn't really into this book, as I didn't FEEL the material was delivered with the required level of author's emotion and passion, really. Perhaps it's just my subjective interpretation...... Still, it's a job well done.
