This is quite a peculiar autobiography. It is written/read in a manner that is particularly jovial and amusing. Was very cool to hear all the different contributions Mr Feynman made to all different fields. I recommend if you are looking for a light hearted book to listen to

Phenomenal book
Revisado: 01-21-21
I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn to communicate better. The concepts and ideas that Marshall presents are counterintuitive to the way we have been taught to communicate with each other. I think if we all learned to communicate in this nonviolent manner, we would be much happier in life and would get along better as a population.

Everyone knows that high IQ is no guarantee of success, happiness, or virtue, but until Emotional Intelligence, we could only guess why. Daniel Goleman's brilliant report from the frontiers of psychology and neuroscience offers startling new insight into our “two minds” - the rational and the emotional - and how they together shape our destiny. Through vivid examples, Goleman delineates the five crucial skills of emotional intelligence and shows how they determine our success in relationships, work, and even our physical well-being.

The solution always evolves out of the problem or challenge. The issue is that many people operate their lives and business in the effect of the "root cause" of their problems. They manage the effect but do not address the "root cause." This book shows people how to address their "root cause" then release it over time creating new and healthier habits that lead to prosperity in all areas.

fantastic book! Short, simple, yet extremely relevant and powerful content. After reading this book, I have made an effort to validate more in all aspects of life and am amazed at the results it has. I was a chronic problem solver when people would share emotions with me. I now realize that is not the best approach and generally not what people want to hear.
