Recovering from narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, codependency and complex PTSD is very difficult and this book is an excellent resource to help you do that. It breaks down abuse and PTSD and helps you understand the ways you can prevent and recover from it. Although the topics are very different they often go hand in hand so it’s great to dig deep to the core of the problem using these workbooks. Wonderful recovery tool! I definitely recommend this book to help in your recovery journey.

Bedtimes Stories help your kids fall asleep FAST

Both of my children, and I, absolutely loved Bedtime Stores for Kids Ages 2-6. The stories are different and catered to small children, unlike other bedtime story books which recycle the popular stories that kids basically have memorized. The voice on the recording is so soothing that my 3-year-old daughter would fall asleep after just a few minutes! My 5-year-old son loved the tales and although he didn't fall asleep quite as fast, he was the first to rise to discuss the stories he heard in the book the previous night. This really helps take a load off at night because I don't have to do story time myself but I can rest assured that my children are listening to wholesome content that they can learn from. If you have kids in the 2-6 age range, I definitely recommend picking up this book and making it a part of your nightly routine. So worth it!!

I have been struggling to lose weight for over 20 years and am so happy to have found Extreme Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women because it really is a wonderful weight loss tool. By teaching you how to reprogram your brain, use hypnosis and proven techniques that have been used around the world, you can overcome the underlying factors for your weight. I've listened to the book in its entirety multiple times and find it keeps me on the right track to overcoming negative eating habits. I especially love the positive affirmation section of the book because weight loss rarely celebrates the weight you are at. Weight loss is a difficult journey and finally losing the pounds is hard work. I definitely recommend listening to this book in order to make that much-needed, big change in your body and life.

I absolutely love Self-Care for Black Women because it was full of thoughtful, positive affirmations and great guides to better know your worth. The self-improvement tactics helped me be more confident and fight fears that have grown over the years. This book is super relevant today and I recommend it for all women, especially black women.

I decided to look at guided meditations because I had a lot of anxiety and fear due to an abusive relationship. I have listened to many different guided meditations but this book was great! The meditations are very easy to listen to and they really hit home and help you with your fear anxiety panic and I was able to be comforted and sleep well. I plan to listen to these meditations every night right before bed. I definitely recommend this book if you are struggling and a sound way of relaxation.

Resource to overcome ADHD

Having battled with ADHD, I really needed to read this book and think a lot of others do too. The authors break down ADHD, how to prevent being sidetracked and overcome it. I use many of the techniques discussed in the book on a regular basis and although I know I’ll never be ADHD free, I can certainly be a productive individual despite its burden. I definitely recommended reading Women With ADHD if you battle it or know someone who does.

Stop Overthinking by Linda Hill is an excellent guide that provides tips and techniques to overcome negative thoughts, manage stress, anxiety and your mind. Overthinking is the cause of unhappiness, dissatisfaction and depression. Having grown up with anxiety and self-esteem issues mostly due to overthinking, this book really hit home for me. It helps pinpoint ways to avoid overthinking, how to deal with it when it comes up and how to process it if it does happen. Our author does a wonderful job of providing detailed explanations, being easy to understand and proving the information in a way that is thought-provoking and often humorous. Overthinking is a pattern that many of us are crippled with. I definitely recommend that you check out this book if you over-think and are anxious or depressed because of it.
