Historia
In For the Culture, Marcus Collins argues that true cultural engagement is the most powerful vehicle for influencing behavior. If you want to get people to move, you must first understand the underlying cultural forces that make them tick. Collins uses stories from his own work as an award-winning marketer—from spearheading digital strategy for Beyoncé, to working on Apple and Nike collaborations, to the successful launch of the Brooklyn Nets NBA team—to break down the ways in which culture influences behavior and how listeners can do the same

Excellent read and go to book on the why behind marketing
Revisado: 05-09-23
A solid book that covers detailed concepts of how culture and marketing can be done right as well examples of marketing, culture and cultural appropriation gone wrong.

Historia
Trust is the antidote to every toxic relationship and workplace environment. It is everyone’s responsibility to build a space where trust and belonging are present, which only happens through effective communication. You build high levels of trust with others when you can answer yes to all three of these questions: Do I take people with me along the journey? Do I create a safe space for people to open up? Do I make people feel less alone in the world? Trust is built one yes at a time. This book is your road map on how to make that possible.

A must read on the topic of TRUST

Justin did a phenomenal job discussing trust in relationships and in the workplace. His stories are vivid and compelling. His advice and wisdom is powerful, yet, easily actionable. I plan to read this book again and share it with others. I walk away having changed the way I think, feeling Berger about certain issues and doing some of things he encourages.

Historia
The four dead guards didn’t concern Mitch Rapp as much as the absence of the man they’d been paid to protect. Joe Rickman wasn’t just another foot soldier. For the last eight years Rickman had ran the CIA’s clandestine operations in Afghanistan. It was a murky job that involved working with virtually every disreputable figure in the Islamic Republic. More than a quarter billion dollars in cash had passed through Rickman’s hands during his tenure as the master of black ops and no one with a shred of sense wanted to know the details of how that money had been spent.
