Historia
Twenty-three-year-old Michael “Mitt” Fuller starts his surgical residency with great anticipation at the nearly three-hundred-year-old, iconic Bellevue Hospital, following in the footsteps of four previous, celebrated Fuller generations. The pressure is on for this newly minted doctor, and to his advantage he’s always had a secret sixth sense, a sensitivity to the nonphysical. But quickly one patient after another assigned to his care begin to die from mysterious causes.

This novel was reminiscent of a B horror flick. there was not really any good character development. it is definitely not Robin Cook’s best work.

While not typical Stephen King this is still an excellent book
Revisado: 08-09-21
I gave this book a rating of four stars.
This was mainly because of the narrator. This is not to say that I did not like the narrator. I felt that the narrator could have read a little faster and with a little less monotone when he wasn’t doing the voice of a character. I had to speed this book to 1.5 times in order to read it. After a little while the narrator voice and performance ceases to be a bother as you get drawn into the story.
Well this book is not Stephen King horror it is still a fantastic book. It is a book that people should definitely give a chance.

First of all here’s why I gave the book 5 stars but a performance rating of four stars. The performance rating of four stars was given because of two reasons. The first reason is that recording levels did very throughout the book. I wouldn’t call it a showstopper but it was definitely noticeable. The second reason is that I believe some characters had different voices in this book then they had in previous books. While once again this is not a showstopper it is kind of annoying as you get used to the voice that a narrator applies to a particular character throughout the series. My suggestion to the producers in this matter please pay closer attention to the recording levels. My advice to the narrator in this matter please make sure that you pay attention to the voices that you use for each character so that you can maintain consistency throughout the book.
While I do not have any suggestions at this point I’m not sure that peace talks was the best title for this book. There are many subplots throughout this book. There really wasn’t much of the book focused on peace talks between the various supernatural entities. If you like books that have endings that some up all of the plots and all of the storylines please do not read this book at this time. Please wait until the next book battleground comes out. While this book does not contain large amounts of action as in prior Dresden novels it is however necessary set up for the next book battleground.
Some will say that this book was put out just to make more money off of us fans. Some will say that they should have waited and put out one giant book that contains the stories from peace talks and battleground. Whatever stand you take I really think that you should simply give this book a chance in its own right. Is it the absolute best Dresden novel ever? The answer to this question is no. Is it the absolute worst Dresden novel ever? The answer is also no. Read the book knowing that all of the plot lines and all of the storylines are not going to be summed up into an ending with a bow on top. Read it knowing that you will be irritated that you have to wait for battleground to come out to continue the story. If you are one that absolutely Has to have the ending my suggestion is to wait and read this book and battle ground at the end of September and knowing the Dresden novels as I do even that may not provide the complete ending. Which ever choice you make I know that if you give peace talks a chance as a book in its own right that you will enjoy it.

Revisado: 12-05-18
This story is an absolutely exciting read. Once I started it I could not put it down. At the very end of the audiobook I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that this is a self published author. Read the book and find a special treat at the end you won’t be disappointed. Scott brick did a really good job reading this novel. I can’t wait to read the next one.

I really recommend this book. Kyle Mills did an absolutely fantastic job at continuing the Mitch Rapp series. I hope he writes many more. If I did not know that Vince Flynn had passed away much to the world's great loss I would never have known that a different author wrote this book.

Reacher is hitching through the heat of West Texas and getting desperate for a ride. The last thing he's worried about is exactly who picks him up.
She's called Carmen. She's a good-looking young woman, she has a beautiful little girl...and she has married into the wrong family. They're called the Greers. They're a bitter and miserly clan, and they've made her life a living hell. Worse, her monster of a husband is soon due out of prison. So she needs protection, and she needs it now.
Lawyers can't help. Cops can't be trusted. So Reacher goes home with her to the lonely ranch where nothing is as it seems, and where evil swirls around them like dust in a storm. Within days, Carmen's husband is dead - and simmering secrets send Echo, Texas, up in flames.

The Worst Jack Reacher Ever!

This book is not as bad as everybody is making out. Please read it. I think you will enjoy it.
Revisado: 09-26-15
This book is a fantastic Jack reacher novel. Remember that these are fictional stories and you need to suspend believe and enjoy them for what they are a story. Many people say that dick he'll did a terrible job with the women's voices. I do believe they missed the entire point of each of these women's character. All of these women are slightly nervous. Some of them due to race issues and being battered women. Some of them due to being a new lawyer. I think Dick he'll hit this right on the mark. Others are saying that dick he'll did a terrible job for that little girl in the story. I totally disagree with this as well. Please read the book. Judge for yourself. Remember it's kind of like the movies if the critics are saying it's terrible most likely it's actually pretty good. Read it I know you will enjoy the story.

And despite all the ELINT, the all-seeing electronic intelligence gathered at Langley, nothing stops a devastating attack from ripping through the heart of San Antonio, Texas.

All I can say is it's part of the series
Revisado: 09-17-15
I have read this book and completed it only because it is part of the series. This was the worst Ryan Keely book ever. This book dragged on was extremely slow and did not have the action that most Ryan Keely books have. I would only recommend this book to those who have read the other books of the series because I am a little bit of a purist and will read all of the books in the series. I'm glad I did not read this one first. I do, however, hope for a better book next time around.

This was an absolutely fantastic story. As usual Ben Kos has done a good job. I thought the story was riveting. The only thing that I found wrong with the story wasn't really the story but the audio quality of the book. I thought the sound level dropped periodically. Other than that it's an excellent read with a good narrator and I would

Extremely good story sound effects leave a little bit to be desired
Revisado: 07-03-15
This was an excellent story. The only reason I did not give a four star rating is due to sound mixing quality. In some cases sound effects were drowned out by the music. In other cases the audio voice drown out the sound. A little better on the sound mixing and I would've given this stars
