Research on hsps and the temperament is fairly new and this is the only book currently that helps in understanding your hsp partner. Read this to help guide my daughter who is hsp and ended up also getting benefit to understand myself, also a hsp. I did gather the traits that are harmonious in a partner for hsps and excited to have this info. Gave me insight also as to why the dynamic between my husband and I works so well. Gained alot from listening to this book.
