This is an exciting, well laid out story with characters that will grab your hear from the very first sentence. Once again Susan Stoker has given us an amazing backdrop for her wonderful characters to find each other and lasting love. Well worth the time and money invested in reading it.

Once a SEAL, always a SEAL!!

As always, Susan Stoker has done it again. This is a wonderful, quick moving story with many twists and turns. Cutter and Dakota are a delightful couple and you find yourself rooting for them from the time they first meet. If you are a follower of Ms. Stoker's stories, you'll be glad to see our old friends from the SOP series. This was a suspenseful story with a particularly vile villain and an interesting twist to his identity. Well worth the money and time.

What a kickoff to a new series!!!

I absolutely love this author. I have already read this entire series, but I loved having it read to me. The narrator was wonderful and did an excellent job with the reading. As always, J.D. Tyler did a great job writing this story. She provides the necessary background for the reader to understand what is going on and why these men are like they are while weaving a story that holds your attention and makes you hunger to know what is going to happen in the future. She literally drags you from book to book, unable to wait for the next installment. Well worth the money and time to listen to it. It WILL NOT disappoint.

OK but nothing special

This was an ok story and narrative, but nothing special. The story was a very short typical m/f/m story. Strangers meet, realize they are mates, one doesn't want to accept it but finally does and all live HEA. Not enough story to it to really get involved with the characters; therefore, it really didn't matter how it ended or what they decided. Felt more like an excerpt from a dream instead of an actual novella. Would not buy again or recommend to my friends.

Love the author-Hate the narration

Like all Crissy Smith works, this was an excellent story at heart, but it felt a little rushed.
I felt like a lot of the story was left out and if it had been included the final work would have been much more pleasing. We didn't really get to see these relationships develop and I feel that would have made it much better. It was also oddly distracting to have characters who were suppose to be natives of Oregon speaking with English accents. Ms. Augustin has a very nice voice, it just seemed inappropriate for this story. All in all, I feel there are other Crissy Smith works that would have been much better choices.

Don't waste your money--Read the book

This story was not a bad one. It was well written and flowed well. The characters were likable and you wanted to know what was going to happen to them; however the narrative was the WORST I have ever heard. Ms. McGahee has a reading style that is very distracting. She stops in the middle of sentences and mispronounces words and makes it a real distraction when listening to the story. Do not waste your money or time with this audiobook, you'll just be frustrated and ready to choke someone before it finishes.

NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT OF AS AN ARCHANGEL!!!

This is an interesting series and it certainly debunks any previous notions we had about archangels. They're not the protective, caring beings we might have thought them to be. Even in their ruthlessness, the sure are sexy! The relationship between the Elena and Raphael is never dull. It was fun to see how this very human guild hunter stands up to and pushes the buttons of a very deadly but sexy archangel. After listening to to this first book, I went back and purchased the next three books in the series. I can't get my fill of these characters. The story is well thought out and the fight scene between Elena, Raphael and Uram was fast paced and truly frightening. I am an avid Nalini Singh fan, having read all the the psy-changeling books. I do feel the sex scenes are much hotter in the psy-changeling books because it feels more real. The first few encounters between Elena and Raphael feel cold and one sided to me, but by the time I got to the second and third installment, they were warming up. This series is based on an interesting concept and I recommend it. I think you'll get wrapped up in these characters just as I have. Can't wait to get to Dmitri's story. The seven should make interesting reading for quite a while.

Fun, Fast paced and unpredictable

I love Molly Harper and her quirky sense of humor. She never fails to entertain. This was a wonderful, fun story--fast moving with twist and turns to keep the reader on their toes. It was a good mystery and I felt like the characters were believable and fun to watch interact with each other. I've read several thing by Ms. Harper and will continue to read her offerings. She never fails to make my day brighter. Keep up the good work.

Fast paced, captivatinng, and sexy.

This was a wonderful introduction to this series by Kathryn Smith. It definitely caught my interest and I can hardly wait get the rest of these books. Everyone loves a tormented hero and gutsy heroine and Ms.Smith definitely delivers with these two leads. I couldn't put this down until the final chapter was read. If you're not sure about this one, take the leap-you won't be disappointed.
