Second installment of the series in which a modern person is yanked from their life and Isekai'd into another world to be a pawn of Higher Powers - except rather than being the beloved Hero, our MC is involuntarily drafted to become the Villain of the story. Having absolutely zero interest in being a chew toy for the Goddesses game session, and throughly disgusted with the current social order in this new world, our MC decides to build an army from the dregs of society - the neglected, the down trodden, the abandoned - and tear down the corrupt Government, to build something that doesn't actually suck. Oh, and he intends on ruining the Goddesses Gaming session by flipping the board on them, All revolutions have to start somewhere, and this book follows our MC's building of his Dark Crusade.

Excellent story, characters, and narration - talented voice actors and just overall enjoyable tale.

Very interesting story, with a well narrated reading, albeit limited cast. A Time Travel story without any Time Travel at all. A story without a true beginning, and an open ending that further works could spawn from. A story where a man who arrived for a simple life, was treated as a Comsic pawn by forces both Divine and Forsaken, much to their detriment.

A story along the theme this Author excels in, where Heroes and Villains blur, and the stakes at the end, are for everything imaginable.

Another fantastic story in the Everybody Loves Large Chests saga. The return of our standard menagerie of monsters and demons, and the addition of several new members join in.

Demons and Godesses; Goddess from Demons; a whole new continent of lush jungles, Anthro-Raptors, Orks, Undead.. oh, there's a Hydra over there.. watch out, they spit.

Fantastic story, most excellent voice narration by an actual cast, and not just one person trying really hard, actual sound effects... gotta catch my breath .. ahem.. Boxxy is back doing monstrously monstrous things to just about everyone that is edible. Includes a Story of Friendship.. with not a Pony in sight; just two monsters that have learned they can rely on each other without reasons.

This is an excellent audio book made from am excellent story. Enjoy.

A respectable twist on the ancient tale of The Hero and The Villain, summoned to a period of instability, where injustice and inequity rule - one shall Defend The Status Quo, and one shall Tear the institutions down, and rebuild the World according to their own view of How It Should Be.

Two people, isekai'd to a world of lies and inexcusable suffering, but here our Villain, the Dark Lord of the story, who came to raze cities and topple Order, at the command of a malovent yet bored Goddess, finds the world is just so damn broken, that the most Socially Disruptive action he can take is to try and fix it.

A well crafted and narrated story. Does contain graphic descriptions of suffering and trauma. It affects him more than it will you.

The 'Ghosts' of Gaunt and Dan Abnett continue to provide for epic storytelling. this has always been my favorite book out of the series. The location has a presence and is treated as a character in the story. The fallen Ghosts, both good and bad, return, however briefly, to make themselves known once again. The descriptions of the battles fought, physically, mentally and emotionally, are on such full display that you reel from from it all.

The time travel heist adventure continues. Just a fantastic story overall. Continuity of characters across our MC's numerous temporal resets and the character development many of them undergo is enjoyable. Excellent storytelling and well voiced by the narrator.

Good story, good narration. Better voice acting in this than a previous book. This adventure had good use of the tropes for the Main characters, Secondary characters and the dozens of faceless Red Shirt casualties whose very lives and sacrifice made everything possible, right to the end where the Main character is powered by spite, and wins through sheer determination and that aforementioned spite. Good short story, well voiced narration.

Meh. I like that they brought back the actors for the voices of their story characters, but the overall story was not compelling or really entertaining. If not for Lance Hendrickson as Bishop I wouldn't have made through to the end. That being said, it just didn't hold my attention or interest.

Our omnicidal cubical character and his narrator takes us on further adventures in this fantasy world, using it's shape-shifting to become completely new characters, in beautiful new places, while meeting exciting new people, and then killing most of them and eating a few more. New skills, a love interest, a new demon, and a war. We meet new Heroic Adventurers, a cast of characters more wooden than Anakin, yet much more alive, and that pesky war. A good and welcome continuation to the lives of Boxxy & Co. Quite enjoyable.

The 3rd story in the tale of Boxxy and his MurderHobo crew of misfits continues to captivate and entertain. The addition of Divine Forces and an unexpected recruitment drive add to their comically dark destabilizing of lives across the Kingdom. Exceptional story, characters, and narration continue to enthrall and hold me to the story. A better distraction from our world than an internet full of cats. Introvert reccomended.
