How many times can the characters complain about the same thing. This book over stated the point on everything. All the characters did was whine and complain. “I want to hate him but I’m having a hard time with that.” Whine, whine, whine. This book repeats the same story line through the whole book. It was awful, I couldn’t even finish this book because it made me want to pull out my hair. Why do authors hammer in the characters downfalls? Do they think we might forget the storyline? Or are they just fattening the story to make it longer? Ran out of things to write about ! I don’t recommend this book.

Not the book I thought it would be

This book has a lot of good reviews, unfortunately I can’t see why. It’s rather boring to me and I really wanted it to be good but instead I kept thinking when is this book going to end? The narrator has this gruff whisper that got on my nerves. Sorry I don’t have anything good to say.

She walked into the nursery, where a baby girl lay sleeping. The infant didn't wake when the woman placed her gently in the shopping bag she had brought with her. There is CCTV footage of what happened next, and most Australians would have seen it, either on the internet or the news.

I haven’t finished this book but so far it’s so boring! Danelle Steel’s books always have pretty people, she describes how beautiful the lead character is. She also writes details that have no value to it. The voice of the narrator is almost monotone to the point of boring. And she repeats things over and over. There has been some books I enjoyed but not this one.
