Historia
Cally and Rowe have scoured the demonic wights from Narashtovik. But during the war, Cally learned he can no longer be part of the pacifist Order that raised him to be a sorcerer. The pair has traveled south, seeking the true copy of The Cycle of Arawn - the artifact Cally believes can restore proper rule to Narashtovik. There's a few problems with this plan, though. For one, nobody's seen the true copy in decades. And another, in these lands, possessing a copy of the Cycle is rewarded with a quick trip to the hangman.

good intro to world an characters
Revisado: 08-29-18
the book was written very well. almost spoken word or slam poetry at times which was kind of Awesome.
but but I do have to say the second part was exciting the third part was kind of boring and the ending was kind of meh
the only reason I'm going to continue this series is because I know that the games are awesome and many other people have told me that these books are great

excellent book
Revisado: 02-19-18
even though Scholastic published these books, they can be pretty gruesome and grown up. Not for younger kids.
I just kept saying to myself, "so danged creative" while listening to this book and the first.

Revisado: 03-17-17
I was never into DnD books when I used to play DnD when I was younger. I was 5 yrs old when this book came out, for whatever reason I thought this was going to be campy or pulpy, but the story was good. twists and turns, reveals, it was a fun ride. And now that I'm playing DnD again, it's fun to see Ferun written out in novel form. Makes DMing easier and more in-depth.
great listen, not perfect though, I recommend it.

Historia
In the world of Warbreaker, each person is born endowed with the power of one Breath―which can be sold and collected by others, then used to Awaken objects and even corpses to do their bidding. A few individuals who die in glory return as gods, with the power of thousands of Breath, but no memory of their mortal lives―and are enthroned in the Court of Gods in Hallandren’s capital. To Vivenna and Siri, princesses of Idris, the abuse of Breath and the claim of the Returned to be gods are repugnant blasphemy.

Amazingly intimate story telling
Revisado: 10-31-16
the first chapters are rough, KEEP READING! a buddy story set in a dark corner of a fantastic world. It isn't an epic, but it isn't supposed to be, it's intimate, character driven, and character development story telling. Two friends Pass through a series of loosely related macguffins. if you like playing D&D, you'll like this story. good read and expertly narrated.

Everything you thought you knew about the Mistborn series blown up in the most wonderful way. Sanderson crammed so much story, heart, and world building into such a small book, it listens the perfect length though. I can't wait to read the final book of this second era of Mistborn and see how he will set up the next portion of the Mistborn series set in a postmodern setting, like he says he will do!!! wonderful performance, of course!!
just buy it!!
