It’s actually good, as a starting point
Revisado: 12-29-24
I’ve been in my personal quest of self improvement and it’s nice to see a synthetized version of what I've seen into writing and less abstract. I love that it has strategies that I genuinely didn't thought, and if I tried now I know why they failed. Thanks for the work

Very actionable and to the point
Revisado: 08-11-24
I was expecting it to be as dreading as the crucial conversations book (maybe it was dreading because I was forced to read it) but not this one. This book has nice practical examplesuuu and don’t feel like everything is life or death. The assessment and the 6 motivation sources seem clear as a con do and practical to use.

Interesting points, some might need update
Revisado: 07-23-24
Some of this articles were written more than 40 years ago, and in an ominous way they are relevant as a matter of principle but will need to re review the cases exposed since now we have more information from things that happened around their time.

Nice for a long meditative walk
Revisado: 06-19-24
I went through it while taking a walk through a forest, it’s quite insightful as it is somehow oversimplified. To a high level it treats the it and the ego in a malleable way, I appreciate that
