Maybe its me but I was looking for something a little more contemporary. I otherwise have really enjoyed Dinesh’s work but found myself just fast forwarding this one chapter after chapter hoping the next subject matter might be within the last fifty years historically speaking and next thing I knew, book was over. Don’t care about democrat history from 100yrs plus ago but this was the focus here plus the repetitive comparisons of plantation slaves got old fast
