What a beautifully crafted novel. The author makes you feel every emotion possible several times over. Such raw, vulnerable characters. The Moon Sisters gave me everything I hope for out of a good story and more.

I don't usually order shorter stories... especially when they are in multiple parts. I'm so glad I didn't miss this gem!! I was captivated from the beginning of the first book all the way to the last word of this one. Searching for more from this talented author immediately!

The best I've read in a long time!!

Fantastic read. Every character, description, and sound perfectly placed. I will be looking for more titles by Emily Murdoch immediately. No one else could have narrated this as perfectly as Tai Sammons. The story being told from Carrie's perspective only was masterful.

Pompous and self indulging

Just save yourself the suffering. Completely pointless while also being pretentious. They actually use "et al" on several occasions.

The narrator is FANTASTIC, though. He's the only reason I finished.

Very odd story

This Is one of the weirdest books I've ever listened to or read. Not in a fascinating or intriguing way but in a manner that makes me wonder what the author was thinking when they wove the story together. It was extremely hard to follow and, even though I stuck it out until the end, I don't understand much of what happened in the book. The way the characters stories weave in and out of one another is difficult to track. Maybe it would have been better if I was reading it myself. The narration was good but I, unfortunately, cannot recommend as an audio book.

INCREDIBLE BOOK

This is one of the best books I have ever read/ listened to! I was captivated from the very beginning and stayed enthralled through the gamut of emotions the story took me through. The author dared to take on a taboo topic and weave it with compassion and empathy. Life isn't the tidy boxes we like to pretend it is. This book is an incredibly written example of that.

Best Narrating I've heard

I've yet to read anything by Veronica Roth that I didn't like. This book (and series) was the same. She has a way of creating new worlds, full of foreign names and places that could be difficult to follow, but she pulls you in like you've always been familiar with them. This series has the best narration I've EVER heard! The voices perfectly matched the characters, were easy to listen to, and truly enhanced the story. The voice of Eijah was chilling, eerie, and suited them well.

Tiffany is a Rockstar!!

Read or listen to this book. Just do it. Incredible story with perfect narration! I love Tiffany for all she is and all she isn't. I've followed her for years but have just finally listened to High Achiever. It exceeded all of my expectations. I pray there are more literary works from her raw, real, witty mind in the future.
