This is not a pleasant story. Either ineptitude laziness, corruption in collaboration with stupidity caused this. Its
Infuriating, heart breaking That the investigating police did in fact do less than police integrity calls for.

good and important stuff to know

for my part there was a lot of unnesscessary exposition, story telling, narrative. All designed, I want to believe with serious deliberated purpose. And that's fine, and again for the most part does not hurt or harm the objectives of imparting worthwhile credible information. A good book though I am not a great fan of the writing style which gives me pause about spending time with this particular writer.
