Historia
A Narc’s Tale is a four-book series that is a first-hand account of stories, written like a memoir or personal diary, which gives you an inside glimpse of what it is like working six years deep undercover in the dangerous drug world as a city cop (Vol. 1), county vice and narcotics investigator (Vol. 2 and 3), and special agent with the US Drug Enforcement Administration (Vol. 4). Most undercover books only show this from one perspective, but you will get three here - city, county and federal - and realize the differences among them.

Engrossing Tactical Experiences....
Revisado: 12-30-21
I have recently had the respectful honor to hear the audio version of “A Narc’s Tale, by Keith Grounsell. With a cup of hot coffee at my side I began to enter a world so realistic that I was truly caught off guard by the deeply engrossing insights and experiences, as moment by moment I felt that I was truly with a partner who was repeatedly on the edge of a cliff where unfolding tactical situations could have ended in his own loss of life… But so it is for so many of us when we look back upon our chosen careers… Being a retired police officer with over four years of war zone background from Africa to Asia to the Middle East, I just sat back and very wrongly assumed that my take away from my coffee time would be for not, but I was so wrong! After two nights and several pots of coffee I reflected on the phrase I had heard so many times in all of our careers “There is always something left to learn”… I recommend, and strongly encourage all of our newly sworn brothers and sisters to “listen in” to have this “earned at a heavy price” knowledge, and to our senior & retired to pour a cup and spend some time with “one of our own”. We will never know what we don’t know but EVERY experience and tactical insight makes us just a bit safer. Thank you for your service Keith, and thank you for sharing your experiences and insights that will save the lives of our brothers and sisters in law enforcement!
