Predictable and boring
Revisado: 12-04-24
I really wanted to like this book, but the characters were not developed at all, and it was rushed and predictable

The story lines are always the same
Revisado: 10-20-23
I enjoy Alexandria House. And the first time you experience one of her novels you fall in love because they are written from a woman’s point of view. With the men characters responding in every way a women we want them to. Right down to how the woman gets please sexually buuuut…… all of her books have that same love storyline. Woman meets man, they have sex. It amazing for both of them. Most likely the best they’ve ever had. Then they fall in a rare hopeless love. Literally the same storyline for all of her books.
The stories are so sexual perfect I’m wondering if the characters are more sprung than in love. Either way, it’s well written because she is an amazing author, but I really do hope she comes up with something new.

The male narrator killed the vibe.
Revisado: 08-13-23
I have to give it to 2/5 for the narrator because the male narrator was definitely awful. His voice just did not fit the character. In my opinion it actually sound like an older man’s voice. They definitely could’ve did better. I do thoroughly enjoy this whole series. It is full of drama however, this book I feel like it was rushed the entire story was rushed. It definitely left me wanting more. The ending came way too quick and left a lot of questions. But I am invested and I can’t wait for a sequel. Please use a different narrator for Darius.

I really wanted this to be good
Revisado: 05-28-23
The storyline has so much potential, but the way the story reads and how it’s put together is terrible. And the narrator the narrator made it 10 times worse I’ve already read book 1 and 2 so I was invested, but it’s the same narrator for all the books. I don’t think I’ll be returning for the sequel.

Unbelievable
Revisado: 08-19-20
First off the narrator moves too quickly she’s fumbling over her own words. Doesn’t help make the story any more believable.
This Book has so much drama in it, it’s unbelievable. I know it’s fiction but fiction shouldn’t be so dramatic that it’s unbelievable. Nothing good ever happens to any of these characters. One of the main character is a sad sad song from heart problems, to a lazy ovaries, to miscarriages, my goodness. Then the males in this book are so overly emotional, maybe that’s why they’re constantly referred to as “boys” because they cry so damn much. And the drama “oh you’re my best friend/sister’s man I can’t be with you but I’m gonna f*** you tonight”. The repetitive drama is enough to give you a headache. I made it to book 2 and completed it but I don’t know if I’m gonna make it to book 3. It’s a miserable story. I don’t know what more could happen wouldn’t be surprised if somebody died in book 3.
