Historia
In this Audible Original “mini-memoir”, the Academy Award-winning star of Little Miss Sunshine and Argo looks back on his life as a series of philosophical turning points, learning experiences, and a-ha moments. Drawn from a collection of seemingly inexplicable stories and encounters from Arkin's 84 years on this planet, Out of My Mind is a candid, relatable and delightfully irreverent take on how one man went searching for meaning and ended up discovering himself.

Feeling in Good Company
Revisado: 01-11-19
I was very pleasantly surprised by this quick listen, took some inspiring notes, and feel less alone in my usual microcosm associating with non-meditators while regularly meditating and often having precognitive dreams. Highly recommended.

Historia
In 1997 Tiger Woods was already among the most-watched and closely examined athletes in history. But it wasn't until the Masters Tournament that his career would definitively change forever. Woods, then only 21, won the Masters by a historic 12 shots, which remains the widest margin of victory in the tournament's history, making it an iconic moment for him and sports.

Spellbound by Dad at 14 Majors?
Revisado: 03-24-17
I remember being at a pub and drinking green beer for St. Patrick's while enthralled with a golf conversation when a mutual friend, a non golfer, approached and loudly announced, "You two are so boring!" Decades later I hesitated to buy thinking it is golf, how exciting can it be? I just really like hearing golfers recount their rounds with emotion. It is odd his dad said 14 majors but he didn't say "just" 14.

Historia
Could meditation and prayer affect the healing process? How do acupuncture, homeopathy, and healing touch work? Is it possible that the energy in our bodies is connected to the unlimited energy of the universe itself? Over 20 years ago, when physician Richard Gerber began to investigate the new frontiers of healing, he met with skepticism. Today, his groundbreaking views on alternative healing systems have entered the corridors of our major hospitals and research centers.

Validation is Healing

I feel a lot of gratitude that an MD wrote about energy and vibration with examples and research that support what can be progression in medical treatments and especially medical education.
