The ending just left me feeling disappointed. I don't care if it is a happy ending or an evil ending. This one just left me feeling disappointed.

Historia
Long before Earth began conquering her neighboring stars, Legion Varus was deployed on Tau Ceti. Valuable and highly illegal treasures were stolen during the campaign, but McGill never gave it a second thought. The Tau haven’t forgotten him, however. For decades, they’ve hunted and plotted, and at last they’ve found the pirate who robbed them. Tau agents invade Earth seeking revenge and profit. Caught up in violence and intrigue, McGill is given the task of finding out where the loot has gone and who was responsible for the theft in the first place.

Disaster > Save everyone > blames > repeat
Revisado: 01-31-22
It's the same thing over and over again. Some emergency happens. James saves the day. James is blamed for it all. Repeat. The stories can be fun still even if they don't go anywhere. The issue for me is the lack of continuity over and over again. James meets someone in the beginning of the story but near the end, he has no idea who that person is. Stuff like this keeps happening and ruins it.

Yes, we know it's a Fallen World...
Revisado: 09-17-21
The first two stories were pretty good. The third could of also been good but the repeated use of "The Fallen World" just made me want to pull my hair out. I was going to order the next book but think I'll wait a bit.

predictable
Revisado: 05-03-21
Story is very predictable. One scene says they can't be attacked, next scene they are attacked. They find a door that can't be open, the next scene it's opened.

Historia
Alicia Berenson’s life is seemingly perfect. A famous painter married to an in-demand fashion photographer, she lives in a grand house with big windows overlooking a park in one of London’s most desirable areas. One evening, her husband, Gabriel, returns home late from a fashion shoot, and Alicia shoots him five times in the face and then never speaks another word. Alicia’s refusal to talk, or give any kind of explanation, turns a domestic tragedy into something far grander, a mystery that captures the public imagination and casts Alicia into notoriety.

This book was a rollercoaster from the begining to the very last page. Interview with the author, also, worth listening to.👍

unbelievable story
Revisado: 02-12-20
RC Bray did great, story was just a bit too far fetched. Many parts of the story just seem way to unrealistic. Too many times during it I was left shaking my head.

This Christian book.
Revisado: 09-02-18
I didn't realize this was a Christian book. The sample from the book did not talk religion, so I purchased it. As a non Christian it was very in comfortable to listen to this book. I didn't mind the Bible stories or the verses, but she referred to a normal human behavior as sin that all people are born with. Really?
Any way, this book is not for me...
