Packed with information

This book explains in detail a lot of things about organizations like the news media, government and big business and how they interact with one another and their real motivations. It’s the most intelligent information I’ve heard about this topic so far.
I love that it points out the massive scope of the problem not giving a false sense that there is a easy solution, but also offers hope that something can be done to fix it. I also love how Noam is so quick to admit that he doesn’t know something if someone asks about something he doesn’t have knowledge of. I love how he is able to so clearly see and explain the good and bad aspects of everything he focuses on and no one organization(or whatever) is safe from scrutiny.
I do wish it was a little more up to date though I think it was written in the late nineties so a lot has happened since then. Going to get On The Precipice right after I finish this review.
Great book, I definitely have a more vivid understanding of power now. I love when you get to the end of a book and you actually feel like you learned what you wanted to and didn’t just waste 22 hours of your life. ✌🏼
