I listen this book with big interest. This is really an excellent book. In this book, everything is laid out in a easy to understand step-by-step manner. It’s just like having a personal trainer next to you to remind you of your end goals, your health and your desired body. You will get all the necessary steps to develop a burning desire to eat healthy, exercise, and build long-lasting habits so you never have to diet again.

Discipline is not about what you think you should do or what other people are doing or what other people are telling you to do, it’s about really connecting to what feels good to you and what you want for yourself, and then living in the space that is consciously working towards that. It is full of great advises and tips how we can avoid temptation of eating unhealthy foods and how we can handle our cravings. Life is never too busy to sit quietly with yourself. I learned not to be judgmental of myself or others. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to achieve a calmer mind! Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners This is an excellent guidebook. If you have come across this area of focus, and you are ready for it, there is no better introduction to the concept of mindfulness than this book. As someone who's sought a solution to the general feeling of inauthenticity in life, this really explained to me -- in clear, sensible and non "touchy-freely" terms -- what the meaning of mindfulness is, why it is important, how to understand and practice it, and its value for a happier existence.

Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners such an amazing guidebook. This book all of the information very easy to understand. The beginning is biographical about Andy Puddicombe, and his gaining the knowledge and the benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness. I found this quite interesting. The book is written at a pace which makes it easy to understand and keeps you reading more.

The recipes look delicious, though a lot of ingredients. This is not a "healthy" vegan cookbook. It is more of a junk food vegan cookbook. A lot of oil! You can make anything taste good with enough oil. Some of the recipes include other entire recipes, so when you see there are only ten ingredients it fools you, because you have another ten ingredient recipe that is part of the other recipe. Still, sometimes I want a junk food vegan recipe and these are terrific.

I've listen a lot of books about time management. Most of them tried to cover everything about this subject and are not deep, just suit for the beginner. This book is really unique, different to the others, it just tells about How to create a management tool. And of course, by just focusing on one aspect, he can make it detail, short and concise.

After reading this book, I have a feeling that the author has followed me. Every problem about time management I'm facing listed here. I've just started to manage my time for three months. I used a checklist to manage just one day every day as the author did before. At first, I was very motivated and patient to follow my checklist. But after two weeks, I gave up, just because of pressure that I created for myself. This book shows me the solution: Simplify and having a larger vision of what needed to be done.
