I was sure what to expect with this bundle, but I am certainly impressed. A lot of great sessions that left me feeling more inspired to take care of my body. Self care starts with the mind, and this is a great way to set healthy standards for yourself and keep great habits.

There is a lack of granular tactics such as specific cripts and templates in the book though there are links to outside resources that may supply this. I haven't checked it out yet. Great read especially if you're starting your own channel.
