This author is the best female thriller writer I have ever come across. And the narrator is one of the best. Intense and extremely descriptive, so be prepared. Wow, great book.

One of the best thriller stories I have ever read. The narrator is brilliant. She brings every single character to life with the most perfect voices. This book leaves you guessing and breathless throughout. A new favorite of mine. Just wow!

What a great book!

Wow, this book keeps you on edge the entire time. The narrator was excellent and the story, holy cow! I always wonder how authors who write mystery or thriller novels come up with the storyline, the twists and turns, the interactions between characters, etc. This book had everything. An amazing plot, great characters, and twists and turns that blew my mind. You won’t be disappointed.

This book is hands down the best book I have ever listened to. O M G. So intense in some places, I caught myself holding my breath. Adam Lazarre-White is beyond amazing. He took Cosby’s story from the pages and gave it life like no other. Just mind-blowing.

I can’t say enough positive things about this book. The story was exceptional, the narrator was superb. I found myself hardly breathing during the last hour. The characters were perfect.
I highly recommend this book and I have a new favorite author as well as narrator.

One of the best memoirs I have ever read/listened to

To begin with, Shannon Weaver is the most perfect narrator for this story. If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought I was listening to Tommy narrating his own story.
I was blown away with this and I think anyone with a heart will be, too. Addiction is an awful disease or whatever ever you want to call it. Not everyone considers it a disease, but a choice. Whatever you think, you will love this book. What a life, one that Tommy lived as an addict and in recovery.
You will not be disappointed with this one. I guarantee it.

Excellent and heartbreaking

This was an absolutely great book. The narrator was about perfect.
Mt Dad died from Alzheimer’s Disease so I know firsthand how hideous this disease is for all involved. I was able to relate to almost everything Pat Moffet went through as a caregiver and how sad it was for Carmen. I highly recommend this book for anyone currently dealing with this disease and anyone who has already lost someone to it.
