Great follow-up to Bright Line Eating!!

Great book. All of us fall off the wagon from time to time and need a refresh or ReZoom!! This book is perfect for that time. I always enjoy listening to/reading books by Susan Peirce Thompson, but was new to Everett Considine. What a great author/presenter of IFS (Internal Family Systems)!! I really enjoyed the ‘parts work’ part of the book. So appreciate this book.

Best weight loss program.

Dr. Thompson has a PhD in brain and cognitive sciences and (more importantly?) once had a serious weight problem. Having dealt with it successfully, she applied her knowledge of brain and cognitive sciences to her weight loss journey and created a movement, which started with this excellent book.
