Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

By any fair reading, this man deserves respect because he has acted in ways he believes best for his family. As for his public hanging in Britain, one need only note topics in the book that the press is NOT discussing in their reviews - publicly documented facts about disturbing press tactics key among them - and it becomes easy to see his reasons for moving have merit. Welcome to America, Harry. I hope you find what you’re looking for here among us Yanks.

Historia
This book won't help you with self-defeating behavior. It's easier to spend your life procrastinating, sabotaging relationships, not finishing tasks, fearing failure and keeping other bad habits than it is to change. Just stay the way you are. This is how the voice of self-defeating behavior works on you. It works against your goals and interests in a way that you never get what you want. Opportunities are missed, your habits continue, your relationships don't flourish, and your life becomes one big regret.

Good for a quick executive level discussion.

Lots of good points but they are sometimes repeated using different language. Lots of sub-lists which can be a bit hard to follow. First chapter is packed full of info and the following chapters are far shorter. I actually liked that because I can easily go back to the chapter that offers ways to address issues without having to listen to the whole thing again. Overall, I like this book because it is short rather than ten plus hours on the subject. Just a quick primer when you’re in the dumps about habitual self-defeating behavior.
