Lighthearted Stormlight filler arc

Fun chaotic good romp with Lift, who was introduced briefly in Words of Radiance. Shows a little more of Darkness/Nin which is cool but (not having read Oathbringer yet) I'd say probably isn't essential reading. If you want to feel how the world is reacting to the events at the end of WoR before getting back to the main characters, worth your time. But nothing as memorable or revealing as compared to similar short arcs in the mainline Stormlight books.

Not as strong as WoK, but still good

Overall lighter tone than WoK, with some slapstick moments that feel forced. Lulls in the middle but the ending makes it worth getting through the slower parts. Narrators' Theilan accents (basically french) are a little goofy but overall well performed.
