Absolutely loved this audio!

I've had Brittany Cherry on my TBR/TBL to lists for a long time now. When I found this title in the Romance package, I grabbed it and dove right in. Oh my, this book was amazing and the audio just made it all that better. The narrators did a fantastic job bringing Ms. Cherry's characters to life.

Fast paced story

The narration was done very well, the only thing I would have liked is if they had a female narrator for the chapters that were in the female characters POV. I sometimes got confused what character was talking because of this.

There were a few description issues for me in the writing. Most virgins can't go from no sex to rough sex with only one small pinch of pain. This isn't realistic. A few times I felt like the author progressed too quickly with the sexual parts of the storyline.

Short & Sweet Christmas story

I found the story short and sweet. Being that the story was short, it moved very quickly which could come across as unbelievable. Overall it was a good story, with good narration.

What made the experience of listening to LaClaire Nights the most enjoyable?

I really enjoyed the characters and storyline.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

When I first started listening, the speed of the narration felt a little slow and drawn out. I always start my audiobooks at a speed of 1.0, I attempted to speed up the narration to 1.25, but that way too fast, so I moved it back down to 1.25. I think if my app had a 1.15 speed it would have been perfect. Besides that issue, the narration was great and fit the story well.

I loved it!

What does Teddy Hamilton and Christian Fox bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

They did a great justice to Sarina Bowen's characters and story. Bringing it alive with their talented voices. I love all of Sarina's books, and love them even more on audio.

Real Dirty doesn't lie

Where does Real Dirty rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I have come to love audio books and Real Dirty ranks pretty high on the list of some of my favorites.

Which character – as performed by Elena Wolfe and Sebastian York – was your favorite?

I liked them all, but the voice that Sebastian York gave to Boon was very fitting.

Bringing the story to life. The animation that the narrators give the characters makes the listener feel like they are right in the story along with the characters.

The entire series is fantastic! I love all the characters, the interaction between them and how the storylines intertwine.

Where does Preservation rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

At the top! The entire Walsh Series is at the very top of my audiobooks. I love them so much that I have re-listened to them each countless times!

Who was your favorite character and why?

This is such a hard question! I love each character for who they are and for what they bring to the storylines. Throughout all the books, I have always said my favorite character was whoever's book I was currently reading/listening. Buy after reading Preservation, I think Riley has taken that top spot. He has finally grown up and found his spot in the Walsh tribe and found his match, and she is the perfect match for him! Kate did an outstanding job with their story!

What does Lucy Rivers and Christian Fox bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I love the way they bring the characters to life. They both do an amazing job giving each character in the Walsh Series their own voice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed, cried and wanted to throw my phone across the room at times. But I knew to press on and let Riley and his honeybee tell their story, even if I did want to reach in and smack them a few times. ;)
