I’ve been waiting soooo long for them to continue this series in audio! I’ve read it many times and listen to the first book over and over. While the narrator is different than the first book, I still really enjoyed her and the way she preformed! Can’t wait for the rest!

Brian and Mina

Brian is my favorite character in of all of Kitty’s books. His chapters had me giggly and kicking my feet like a school girl. I’m not sure what that says about me but we don’t have the time to get into that. Anyways, I love watching how Brian and Mina interact with each other. Seeing their relationship grow and change, watching them get more comfortable with each other. I love how Mina is becoming a strong, bada$$ woman. I love how Brian is starting to dive deeper into his feelings. I will never get tired of this couple and their dynamic.
The narrators did an amazing job with this! Both really encompass each character and I am especially fond of the duet narration!!

Perfect narration!

I couldn’t have picked 2 better narrators to bring Mina and Brian to life! Duet narration is quickly becoming my favorite. I loved seeing Mina come into her own and saving Brian.
Oh Brian. How I’ve missed him. I can’t wait for more of these two and the two narrators.

The Duo I Didn’t Know I Needed!

Troy Duran never fails to impress! Meg Sylvan is the perfect Mina! The books is narrated in duet narration which means Meg reads all the girl parts and Troy reads all the guy parts. This is one of my favorite Kitty Thomas books. Who doesn’t love a man who is as complex as you are. Brian is probably my favorite male character Kitty has ever written.
They’re both so broken. So lonely. They get each other in a way no one else ever could. A must read/listen!

Finally! The wedding we’ve been waiting for!

One of my favorite series! Finally, the moment we’ve been waiting for, Bay and Landon’s big day! It’s not without its troubles leading up to it though. Loved seeing the crossover with Stormy and meeting Scout. More series to read and enjoy! Some other parts are wrapped up nicely from previous books as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I was able to predict who was behind everything and there was very little aunt Tilly which happens to be my favorite character. Other than that, great story and great narration. Can’t wait for the next!

Another great Kitty book!

Another Kitty book to add to my favorites!! In true Kitty fashion, we get darkness, unconventional romance, twists, turns, and a whole lot of sexy time. If you’ve read previous Kitty books you know what I’m talking about. If this is your first, it’s definitely a good introduction to dark romance. I’m not even sure what I can say because it seems like everything I want to say is a spoiler LOL but needless to say, I loved it! I loved Seven and the captor. I loved Kate and how she doesn’t fight her urges too much. To be completely honest, I loved this book so much, I want more in this world! I want more of these 3 characters. I want to see what’s beyond the ending. I want them to be in another “dark” situation. I’m not sure what that says about me but I can’t get enough of Kitty’s books! And don’t even get me started on that gorgeous cover! The first cover to have a male model. Hello, gorgeous! It rivals my favorite cover of Kitty’s which is “Persephone”.

Shirl Rae does a phenomenal job at bringing these characters to life! She’s quickly becoming a favorite narrator.

This book is a MUST, MUST, MUST read!

A novella but so worth it!

Kitty knocks it out of the park again! Ive been looking forward to this book for a while and it did not disappoint! Honestly, I could've done with a longer story because I didn't want to leave the world. I cant wait for the next book!
This is my first experience with both of these narrators and I have to say, I'm impressed. This is done in duet narration, which means the woman reads the female parts/lines and the man reads the males parts/lines. Duet narration is quickly becoming a favorite of mine. Make sure to listen to the authors note at the end for info about the next book! Well done, Kitty Thomas, Troy Duran, and Lauren Sweet!

Even better than the first!

This book gave me sooo many feels! I laughed, I cried, I was shocked at some revelations. Some questions from the first book are answered. Some more pop up. And that ending has me gasping! I cant wait for book 3!

Short and sexy

If you’ve never read/listened to any of Kitty Thomas’ other books, Trust Game is the perfect introduction. It’s a quick read but still has everything a full Kitty novel has. Dark themes, kinky sex, and major plot twists! Kitty is the queen of unforeseen plot twists.
As for the narrator, this is the first book of hers I’ve listened to so I’m not sure if she’s always so quiet or if it’s because Astrid, the main female character, is very timid and soft spoken. Otherwise she did a fantastic job as well. Highly recommend!

Hands down, one of my top Kitty books! No one blends story, sex, and submission quite like Kitty Thomas. This is why she remains one of my favorite authors!
Even though the main female character is a ballerina, you don’t need to know anything about the ballet to enjoy the story. So, if this is something that might hold you back, don’t let it. Once I started this book, I didn’t stop until I listened to the entire thing. The build-up, the suspense was killing me! I had to know who the blackmailer was. I had to know What he was going to do. I had to know how they were going to come together. Shirl Rae did an AMAZING job as narrator. She seamlessly switched between various male and female characters. She’s definitely a narrator I’m going to listen to in the future. I don’t think they could have picked anyone better for this book.
The title, “Perfection” is the perfect description of this book. I absolutely loved it and I can’t stop saying that enough. It is definitely a MUST LISTEN! It’s definitely a book I’ll be coming back to over and over.
