Not based on Science
Revisado: 06-29-15
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
This book is based on the authors personal religious views, in this case Buddhist principles of moving towards pleasure and away from pain, there is no scientific approach taken and no scientific results shared. He speaks of individuals who have had certain results after attending his class, but no broad statistically significant, repeatable studies that present any new information are shared. He also has a bias against traditional virtue based philosophies and habits forming approaches for which presents no study or data to support his claims that these are categorically not helpful.
