If you check I rarely ever leave reviews unless the book is extremely awful or good. This book is on the latter end. I very much enjoy the unfolding of Eric's new life. Very excited for book 3. (Side note: This narrator is grade A as well)

Sad but amazing

As my title says some sad things happen. BUT there is hope. It also has some AMAZING and funny parts just as the first 10. If possible I would have rated it 10/5. But audible restricts me on that regard.

Very good start to a story.

The book has a very good start to its world building and lore. The class system is just right to catch the game lit feel that I like. 100% recommend getting this book.

Fantastic start to a series.

So the goddess in his head can be slightly annoying sometimes. but it's made up for with humor from the MC. And once he actually finds his way to more powerful people and person to person interactions happen the book gets really good. starts as a 7/10 ends on an 11/10. really want to see the next book.

I hate that people review bomb a book due to a change in review. The first guy was great. Luke is also great. So many reviews dropped this book down to a lower rank due to people complaining about voices sounding different. No duh they sound different. It's a different dude! The story is amazing. And I love how the books all connect. please give it a go. it takes ma u bed 15 mins to het over the new sounding voices.

My only complaint is that it's short

The other reviews that say the story has gotten bad are all wrong. The story is just as amazing as its always been. There are a few time skips but I mean.... did we really need 30 chapters of them going through a training arc. I domt think so. So the jumping around a few months at a time was fine. The only thing that even a little sucks is how short it was this time. I got the whole book done in one day because 6 hours is shorter than your average work day. I am still excited for the next book. And I do implore you to actually check this one out. Its still for sure worth it if you love the MC's.

OP MC that actually had a compelling story.

Very rarely can you find a story about an OP MC that's not total dog poo. This story keeps me very intrested in whats going on. And ots rather nice to see the bad guys actually cower in fear most of the time. Very excited for the next book.

I cannot recommend this series enough. I found it a while back and have been waiting in each new release eagerly. This is wayyyyy to far in the series to really talk about how good it is so I very much suggest going back and finding book 1 and get started.
