A superbly written guide to understanding and driving real change

This exceptionally written book brings a refreshing and very accessible guide to understanding how people and companies can drive change. Pascal brings years of experience to life with very memorable stories that make the book easy to absorb. I’ve listened to it twice already and have taken away numerous actionable ideas. There are so many books about disruption, innovation, driving change, understanding why some changes succeed and others fail. This book covers it all and doesn’t bog the reader down with the extra stuff that isn’t needed. If there is one book to read on this topic, this is it. Highly recommended!
