I feel like I've been bamboozled...

I went into this book very excited. The reviews looked amazing, and the narrators were some of my favorite. I've also heard really good things about the author. However, I should've known when this book was compared to Credence, that I would not end up having a good time.
Was this book marketed as a why-choose/RH? No. Did it say anywhere in the synopsis that it was a why-choose/RH? Also, no. HOWEVER, this book sets up that sort of plot perfectly. It happened with Credence, and now it's happening again. I feel a bit lied to even though there was no promise of the whole lot ending up together. As it stands, I am thrown off and will be leaving this as a DNF because I don't want to get invested in the 'relationships' FMC has with everyone when she is just going to end up with the one. My heart is a bit broken because I really enjoyed this book. I wish I could've finished it.

The ending of this was so hard to listen to. It was so slow going that I had to keep skipping through the chapters just to actually get to the climax. Literally.

These narrators were everything and even the story was enjoyable, albeit, a bit all over the place.

Amazing End

I really loved the poetic ending to this series. While I'm sad to see it go, I'm excited about the sequel series. My only regret with this last book is that it seems Sunday now has a favorite. Which is valid given everything that happened between her and Caleb, but I really loved the original dynamic that made it seem as though they were all her favorites. Other than that, I really enjoyed this ending!

I'm on chapter 35 of Part 1 and I'm so angry at the MC. She went on and on about how being with Finn would cause something that she was unsure about with her powers, but then she goes and does it with Christian?? How could she do Finn so dirty like that? That just makes me so angry. She said she loved Finn first, but he's now pushed to the back of the line. I can't with this MC.

Some of the endings of chapters would get cut off and the narrator would repeat things, but overall this was a great sequel that was well preformed.

I liked this book until the end. Total turn off, and not in a spicy way. You would think that the MC would have learned to take warnings seriously, but nope. Then she has the nerve to be surprised she was taken. So dumb.

She's way too needy. Every time she comes in contact with one of the male.leads, especially the prince, she goes all jelly. It's annoying to say the least.

I don't know what happened, but towards ch. 23 the MC got a tad bit annoying. Her bouts with Austin was getting old and her stubbornness was just silly. Overall the book was pretty good, but the MC really had me rolling my eyes at points.
