I’m glad I listened to the Outlander series in the proper sequence or, on it’s own, this would have seemed like a good 18th century wild west novel, with 3 sci-fi characters amongst the settlers.
Diana Gabaldon kept me interested in the storyline using her strength in languages, even her version of French spoken by a Gaelic tongue, Davina Porter did an amazing job.

The thing I liked most was Jamie’s reaction when he first saw Brianna’s photographs. I’d recommend, this third book of Outlander, Voyager to all 18th century mystery lovers and of course to all readers whom are following the series. I believe this was the most exciting and best of the three books, so far.

I was riveted to this exceptional mystery especially after unraveling the main characters roles.

The author’s weaving of so many realistic family members and friends kept me on my toes, I actually started keeping a list of who’s who to keep the characters straight in my mind as I read.
I loved the intensity of who could have been Valentino until the very very end!!!

Families secrets are best kept hidden away, but never forgotten.

Even though I listened & enjoyed “Proud Mary” before enjoying this intriguingly, romantic love story within these unusual Georgian families, Alisdair (Dair) made this book completely wonderful on it’s own.
With a little spying, comedy, drama, fear & fearlessness on Dair’s part, I believe this to be one of the best listens yet, had trouble stopping audio, even turned it back to 1.0 to catch every word.

This young author, Angelica Thomas, had at least three generations to look back on in her family to draw from & wrote w/passion!

The author made me cry, chuckle, laugh, get angry & want to do something about her plight without riots but with more than just talking! I felt like the old black action, like burning buildings was obsolescence, there had to be a better way!!

Her name isn't Molly, is it, she can't remember?
This story was as riveting as Elizabeth Smart's disappearance!

The Chemist is not at all whom you'de guess!

This riveting mystery kept me up all night!

I love unexpected twists & turns in an authors telling of a great story & this one definitely lived up to my expectations! I enjoyed the little touch of romance thrown in, nothing sappy, but very realistically played out.

Enjoyed this mystery from beginning to end, hated having to pause to do normal things like cook, eat, walk the dogs, etc. Stayed up till 3am to finish listening 😄👍🏻, that good....
I'd recommend it to my best friend, sister & other relatives & friends.
I loved the many voices of the reader!
