Very Technical - At First

But stay with it. Initially I thought this was simply somebody’s thesis or dissertation. But later in the book the parts of the brain and the academic background starts to jell.
I seldom get very much out of a book like this on the first reading. I’m sure the second reading will be even more helpful.
Bottom line: I found the book very helpful.

Thank you, Dr. Sharp. Very helpful.

Although I often don’t succeed, I try to start from the position that everybody is doing the best they can. That includes authors.
One of my favorite quotes is from Dr. Robert H. Shuller: There’s something wrong with the best idea.
Certainly, I have heard some of this material before. But I find reminders very helpful. I’m grateful that I can push a button on my cell phone and listen to ideas about how to improve happiness.
Thank you.

Very, very helpful - even at age 75.
Atomic Habits is(in my opinion) well thought out, thoroughly researched and explained.
If you get joy from knowing that few days pass that you don’t improve some aspect of your life, I recommend that you consider working through Atomic Habits and the free follow up materials on the Atomic Habits web site.
