The worst.

It felt like a long long dreadful explanation as to why minimalism should be undertaken. Rather than feeling inspired, I felt berated by the author and narrator. A complete waste of time and money. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Lynda Hudson's approach was simple and good but lacks follow through. I like her for voice the best, really helps you relax. The use of breathing to release anger and bring in calm is also good but I don't feel like the concept was fully developed and given enough time for reprogramming of the mind to truly take place.
