Historia
Bellamy Lyston was only 12 years old when her older sister Susan was killed on a stormy Memorial Day. Bellamy's fear of storms is a legacy of the tornado that destroyed the crime scene along with her memory of what really happened during the day's most devastating moments. Now, 18 years later, Bellamy has written a sensational, best-selling novel based on Susan's murder. Because the book was inspired by the tragic event that still pains her family, she published it under a pseudonym to protect them from unwanted publicity. But an opportunistic reporter for a tabloid newspaper discovers that the book is based on fact....

Very poor narration
Revisado: 10-28-22
Besides poor narration this story portrays the lead female as a simpering, naive, weak dullard! The lead male was crude and over the top macho, leaning towards verbally abusive. I had a had time finishing the book. One of the worst books I’ve ever wasted my time and a credit on. Left a bad taste.

Very well done! I honestly couldn't stop listening. The reader did a fantastic job bringing this book and characters alive. I rally didn't figure it all out until the end.

This story had some interesting twists and turns as well as heartwarming moments. Very well written and excellent narration. I listen to MANY Audible books and this one was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend to a friend.
