I did it!

My shins are bit sore, but they have been worse. I kept pushing through the pain. Other than that, this was awesome. It was a good lap around the lake. I loved it. Will continue to shoot for more. I did this through the Christmas holidays. So proud. Took around 20 minutes.

I did it!

I love the motivation she gives! I love not feeling alone in this. I'm at the 14 day mark. Today was tough. Yes, she was right you're either going to be sore from this day or the day before, at this point. I did a slow jog. I was in pain, somewhat. I feel like I need a cane just to walk through my home. I soaked in Epsom salt and I've stayed in my sleep number bed arched today and yesterday. Massaged my calfs. Took Ibuprofen. I can finally walk somewhat normally. Thankfully, looks like stretching, deep strength training, and treadmill jogging are in my near future, before the mile. Basically, healing time. I'm doing the mile, no matter what. This training was phenomenal!!! Thankful for this break!
