I LOVED this audiobook! Just what I needed!

This audiobook for me has been the MISSING PIECE I wish I had 6 years ago when considering a tiny home to live and retire in!

I have gone to tiny home shows, joined many different FB groups for tiny homes, gone to webinars, researched on google. You name it, I've tried it. Everything was piecemeal. For that reason, I did not know how to move forward with a comprehensive realistic plan how I would make my tiny home come into reality.

This audiobook covered all the necessary details from A-Z of the building, financing, legal/zoning, parking, insurance, security, and the list goes on. Jordan also does a great job in giving overview of options at each step of planning, designing, constructing, etc. process, pros/cons of each option, how those options are different for DIY build, hybrid build or a vendor build.

Also differences for tiny houses on wheels, semi-permanent foundations and more permanent ones. I did not realize how many choices and decisions I needed to make and some definitely before I even start the planning process.

I especially got so much eye-opening value when Jordan covered financing/insurance options, zoning requirements/steps, ventilation aspects of tiny homes, different kinds of materials one can use to build tiny and pros/cons/costs of each.

The book has an amazing checklist at end of steps and in what sequence to take to go from idea/vision to the reality.

This audiobook actually has prompted me to also consider/research a manufactured home, as well as tiny home, for next 3-4 months before deciding one direction or the other.

I am SO GRATEFUL to have found this audiobook to create my tiny home living space smart, not hard, minimize risks and common costly mistakes, where to go for more information and resources and find my team to help me. Thanks again!
