The Art of Choosing Happiness is for anyone looking to identify the source of their unhappiness, stress, and discontent and to turn this around to live a more fulfilled life. The insight I gained on this journey made me further appreciate the small things in life, such as enjoying that cup of tea in my garden. It helped me rebuild my own boundaries, which were always there, but I never had the confidence to share these with others. I now stand as a more confident, happier version of myself.

A Good Resource

This is a surprisingly comprehensive book on how to change your life by learning about happiness. Components, exercises, quotes and citations, lots of easy to follow examples--all of it in nice bite-sized chapters. The book is inspiring and enlightening.
The narrator did a terrific job. His tone and pacing were excellent. I truly enjoyed his narration.

Not a typical HEA but really better. A great premise, interesting characters with real-world issues, a thoughtful consideration of depression. Good amounts of humor, angst, misunderstandings, and secondary character development. The narrator was bloody brilliant- loved all her charcters' voices!

The narrator was great! The two sisters were very different and their voices showed it. She also did male voices really well. It was really easy to follow the story and I felt like all the people were real.
