Historia
After a youthful mistake, Lord Dillon's reputation is in tatters, leaving him vulnerable to aristo girls looking for a bit of fun. To restore his reputation and honor, he needs a handfast - a one-year contract of marriage. He sets his sights on Jillian, a young Eyrien witch from Ebon Rih, who he believes has only a flimsy connection to the noble society that spurned him. Unfortunately for Dillon, he is unaware of Jillian's true connections until he finds himself facing Lucivar Yaslana, the volatile Warlord Prince of Ebon Rih.

Not the best story in the series
Revisado: 10-21-21
I love the black jewels trilogy. I have been a fan for most of my life. I love the world, the characters, everything. But I HATE everything in the story revolving around Dillon, Daemon, Surreal, Janelle, and Janelle. Add to that a narrator that that made the choice to make all the males sound like 10 pack a day smokers and the females sound like the same evil witch from a fairytale and there is not much left to really enjoy about this book.

Historia
Dealing with certain students can turn your smile off in a few seconds, unjustly sending your whole day up in the air. Feeling attacked by some students who should be showing you the right respect can be one of the most frustrating (and embarrassing) things that can happen to you. Unfortunately, today, the education of some children is absolutely nonexistent, often due to absent, or even submissive, parents. In fact - just like you - millions of teachers find themselves playing an incorrect game, in which only the opponent can make all his moves.

Terrible Writting
Revisado: 06-18-21
This book is terrible. It sounds like a disjointed recitation of everything the author has found useful while teaching. There is no story to tie things together. No witty humor to entertain. There is just a mindless robotic recitation of tips in disjointed English that often use the wrong words to describe common things.

Historia
Less a how-to manual than a tribute to an impossible and impossibly rewarding profession, It Won't Be Easy captures the experience of teaching in all its messy glory. Though directed at prospective and newer teachers, It Won't Be Easy is mercifully short on jargon and long on practical wisdom, accessible to anyone - teacher, student, parent, pundit - who is interested in a behind-the-curtain look at teaching and willing to understand that, while there are no simple answers, there is power in learning to ask the right questions.

Freaking Fantastic!
Revisado: 06-18-21
This book is real, honest, and 100% accurate.
Dave Eggers is a teacher who loves teaching, but doesn’t flinch away from telling it like it is. He says what we all feel and let’s us know we are not alone.
Roger Wayne is a superb narrator. Most of these thing make you want to fall asleep. He read with passion, sincerity, and humor. I wish all audio books had a narrator like Roger Wayne.

I loved the content, but the narrator sold it! I believe everything he said because he put his heart and soul into reading this book. normally, I hate listening to boring teacher audiobooks. This one captivates you from the beginning and inspires you to do your best!
