A true delight in suspence

At first it seemed to be just another cozy magic story, but I very fast realised that this had a long complex story. And what a story! The narrator invited me in the world with ease and comfort. Made me laugh and smile and tear up just lite Tess Lake intended I think. When all was said and done I was truly sad it was over. I wonder if we ever going to know how the auties made it out the very last words there. Is there a story, I hope so. I am totally smitten.

Start of a fantastic journey

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

There is not enough praise to give for this series. Beginning with this book you are inserted into Atticus life beeing turned upside down. from the first page you get sucked in and you wont regret it. In addition to the great stories in this book and the rest of the series you chuckle and laugh of Atticus and his dog Oberan wich he have learned to mindspeech with him. Oberan is a king of fun and mischeif his terories and thought about life and whats important just makes my day any day. Let there be sausage! You will soon know the understanding of the expression. And with doing so you will never regret it.

What other book might you compare Hounded to and why?

Comparing the books in this series is not nessisary. They all are linked into a huge story, a fun and thrilling exating rollercoaster you never want to get of.

What does Christopher Ragland bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Christopher Ragland is the best narrator of this series. Luke daniels do a good job later on but still it all comes down to the voice of Oberon. He just rocks it.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Cant sleep dont have time to eat. etc. yep!

What to say here. It is fun exiting,sometimes a bit sad, enjoyable, easy to listen to and in all Kevin Hearne's story you get fed by some amazing talent of decribing things, his knowlegde. man that man must use isane amount of research time to collect all the information you get in these books. Book 1 as this is is a start on a epic journey in vbery many ways. Fantastic!

What did you love best about Written in Red?

It was a new genra for me to listen to. I absolutely loved it. In the beginning of the book it was really spooky. The others were seeing the humans as food only. Creepy chilling. Love especially the sam story.

Who was your favorite character and why?

well now that is the heroine herselff. But I do like sam ans simon too. Tess is also on a top list as well as winter.

What about Alexandra Harris’s performance did you like?

It was a bit different for me to get into but once i had no problem. I was just used to other stronger voices. She dont have a weak one at all but a bit softer. She performed wonderfully.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Dididnt give me a good laugh but many smiles and a bit oh nooo dont let that happen and holding my breath.

storyline. is definately a new twist on good and bad or if there is any at all. I find this series after book 1 a must have so i am racing of to get book number 2 asap.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Luke Daniels?

I dont know but for sure not him. It was not good. To much violence in his voice.

I dont know.

Story is good not NR's best but the caracters are great. Sadly the narator did a poor job of it.

Would you listen to Fireside again? Why?

Yes. The caracters are very lively and good written.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Fireside?

Hard to choose. it is several of them. perhaps the snowman episode.

Which character – as performed by Joyce Bean – was your favorite?

Bo. definately he is simply a fantastic figure.

If you could rename Fireside, what would you call it?

reinvention perhaps.

good narrator. She always do a good job and she makes the story come alive every time.

Fantastic storyline, out of the ordinary.

That must be Jill herself., She is a riot.

What does Em Eldridge bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Giving the craze of the story and extra bump.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Their first love making and fight thereafter

Fantastic story. Surely something like Nora Roberts yes but the author have more zest and zing to her novels. Fab!

Loved this book. The story, the caracters. Everything really. Ava did exactly what NR does. Drew me into her world.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Nora Roberts Land?

There is to many to mention. Perhaps their first meeting or first time making love. The avalance was pretty scary. Loved the red jacket symbolism.

First encounter.

Yes. I had a hard time pausing.

Well don to the author. I am off to the next book right now!

Yes I will. It is a story about conquering fears and standing up for your beliefs. Something we all need.

When she approched his cabin for the first time.

Hard to say but I enjoyed her performance.
