Entertaining and action packed!

R.C. Bray’s narration of the Mountain Man and HellDiver series is the only thing that brought Wayward Galaxy to my attention. After listening to the preview and the fact that it was a free listen I was intrigued. I was not disappointed! I became completely immersed in the story from the start. The phrases from films that I grew up with brought me back to my childhood in the 80’s!
The story of people traveling to a new world is not a new concept however this story made it feel new and fresh. I don’t want to give too much away but if you are a fan of R C Bray, 80’s action films, and science fiction, you will love this series!
Give it a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

I am a great fan of thriller novels and this one doesn’t disappoint! After meeting the protagonist Travis Devine in the 6:20 Man I couldn’t start this book fast enough. The story moves at an exciting pace with all kinds of twists and turns. Such an excellent story! I can’t wait for the third installment in this exciting series! November can’t get here fast enough!! Thank You Mr. Baldacci!!

Exciting and entertaining!

I regret not writing a review on book one of this series. I was so invested in the characters and overall story from the start that I just kept going! Now after completing book five I just keep wanting more.
The struggle that each character continues to endure and the quest for survival is just so compelling that it’s hard to stop.
Anyone that is a fan of apocalyptic survival, mutants, cannibalism, and a terrifying future world will absolutely enjoy these characters and their journey!
Take a chance on this series like I did, I promise you won’t regret it!

I will admit that the only two reasons I took a chance on this novel is that my son has actually worked at the CERN Institute and I’m a fan of Ray Porter. Best of both worlds!!
I have read/listened to several books about time travel and alternate universes. I did find this similar and different at the same time. Definitely worth checking out.
The most interesting thing for me is the “What If” question. What if one thing in our global history was different or didn’t happen and how would our world look now. What would we as a race of diverse human beings do if we could change the past?
For me, if you have ever asked yourself “What If” then maybe you should give this a listen/read. I believe that you would find it just as enjoyable as I did and would be interested to see what happens next!

The whole cast was great and I loved the continuation of the main characters. Joshua Jackson is an amazing narrator!! I enjoyed the podcast format as I listen to a lot of podcasts. I hope that there is more to come!!

Simply amazing!

Another fabulous story from Neil Gaiman. The first book I read by Neil was American Gods and I just went down the rabbit hole after that, hungry for more.
This story does not disappoint. An adult remembering parts of his childhood and the friendships he made with a family at the end of the lane.
I don’t want to give away to much but if you are a fan of Neil Gaiman you have to read this book. One of the best I’ve read yet that made me smile at the end because of how well it was written!
