Historia
If one plant in your home can put a smile on your face, imagine what an entire forest can do! Stress is on the rise and it's not going anywhere fast! The problem is stress has a horrendous impact on your overall health. It leads to anxiety and depression, disrupts sleep, causes muscle aches, and triggers tension headaches.

Really enjoyed reading this book. It contains a wealth of information, covering various aspects of Forest bathing - from it's origin to statistics and studies confirming the benefits of spending time in nature. The author really dives into each aspect. This book serves as practical guide explaining how to implement forest bathing into your life, how to prepare for walks - appropriate clothing, safety advice etc. It eases you into the idea of forest bathing and inspires to take the first step towards this journey.
The language of the book is something else that deserves to be mentioned. It is poetic and meditative. Delightful and informative read, which I can't recommend enough.
