The dedication and love of all the Thula Thula family

This is the third book about the creation of the Thula Thula wildlife preserve and all of them have been wonderful. This last book covers a very difficult time of keeping the preserve going in the face of COVID 19 lockdowns and other challenges. The work of all of the humans to protect these fantastic animals is inspiring. Everyone should read these books.

Amazing story of one of the legend of our time

I loved every moment of this audio book and having the music added to the story is a wonderful way.

Barbra Streisand beat the odds and became a star. But more importantly she showed the entertainment industry what a gifted woman can do despite the prejudices against her.

I have always been a fan, and now I feel that I understand her even better.

Sam Heughen's personal journey in this book is a moving account of both his trek to Ben Nevis and his struggle to succeed as an actor. it's a wonderful read and his narration is superb - filled with emotion.

Love Randy Rainbow

It has been a joy listening to this book and getting to know more about Randy Rainbow himself and not just the performer. He has incredible talent and has helped us through some difficult times these past few years. I hope his wit and beautiful singing voice will be satirizing for many more decades. We need him.

A great concept - to relate history and stories by the calendar. Someone did a huge amount of research to make this book such educational fun. And of course the reading by Graham and Sam really brings it all to life. At this point I may know more about Scotland than any other country, including my own!!

Heartrending story

This is supposed to be based on a true story, but it is difficult to see where truth ends and fiction begins. It’s a moving story, but the character of Ava’s mother is so irritating that it takes away from the story. Also the narrator’s voice is too strident,which is distracting.
