Historia
Racehorses with Tourette's syndrome, spinning dogs with epilepsy, cats with obsessive-compulsive disorder, feather-plucking parrots with anxiety, and a diffident bull terrier with autism - these astonishing cases were all helped by One Medicine, which emphasizes the similarities, rather than differences, between animals and humans. Inspiring, sometimes heartbreaking, and utterly fascinating, Pets on the Couch demonstrates how what we share with our animals can only lead us to a greater appreciation for them - and for our mutual bonds.

But this narrative is collapsing....

Very intriguing and illuminating book!
Revisado: 08-20-16
The research and concepts articulated in this book challenge contemporary and past false, illogical, and misguided conclusions and precepts from a multitude of experts on the nature of human sexuality and mating, and particularly the roles and nature of the sexes in relationships. If you've ever had a failed relationship (and who hasn't), wondered what's wrong with her or him, or wondered what's the deal with men or women in general, then this book would likely be very Illuminating for you.
