Historia
It was a hard sell, but Cameron had convinced Heather to return to the exoplanet Sang-Morang - where he had hoped they could experience the wonder of this majestic corner of the universe, together. The spacecraft Primion was flight-ready and the immense creature - the Minal Loth - seemed content to follow him wherever he went. And he still had the old Ford pickup truck, gassed up, and ready to explore more of that alien landscape. But Cameron’s well-intentioned plan turns out to be one of his very worst.

hard to go from book 1 to book 2
Revisado: 04-24-22
in the 1st half of the book they changed the main character way too much vs the 1st book. in the 1st book i had no issue with Cameron, but listening to the 2nd book i ended up taking a break half way thru because the main character acted completely different. he was such a douche i almost stopped listening completely. the story did get better at the end but the start of this one ruined the book for me.

Solid
Revisado: 07-15-21
Solid story..An interesting concept of gamers conscripted to be an alien spices mercs/slaves...not an original idea but the author does a good job with the story, kept me entertained and half way thru the 1st book it was good enough that I bought the rest of the series. Just finishe book 1 and will start book 2 tomorrow...looking forward to the next one

Historia
The Union of Humanity exists only because the aliens demanded it. After a hundred different treaties and countless broken promises, mankind's powerful neighbors forced humanity into a common defense and a single diplomatic voice. Yet within the Union's borders, the human race is as fractious as ever. When the star system of Archangel is invaded by the three greatest corporations in human space, the Union is powerless to intervene. Corporal Alicia Wong thrives on the front lines. She doesn't like the war, but she likes the challenges and the clear-cut goals.

Not a bad story but don't change the narrators
Revisado: 05-11-20
Story wasn't bad but if you are binging the entire series, the switch in narrators ruins the immersions. The Narrator did a decent job......BUT it did suck if you listened to the first 3 books in a row, then they switch narrators, and the accents and voices you remembered instantly change and it ruins the immersion. Like I said, decent story, and the narrator did a decent job, but switching a narrator during a story series is a big NO NO. Not her fault.

decent story, bad editing
Revisado: 01-19-20
the story was good but the editing was horrible. it was almost like nobody listened to the final copy before they uploaded to audible. spacing between chapters are inconsistant, when they edited the clips together there are some lines said and repeated 2 and 3 times...mid book all of a sudden character pickup different different tone of voices like the guy reading forgot who the characters were. if hou get past the shody editing job the story is decent.

Historia
Five years ago, the US Space Force became a reality. And while those writing the checks took things very seriously, the other military branches did not. As a result, Space Force was populated by undesirables. My name is Captain Ethan Stone, a decorated member of SEAL Team Six turned Space Force "recruit". Flash forward five years and between tenses. President West is in office. Power has shifted. And Space Force is defunded. With just a handful of us still living on base, we find ourselves being evicted. But before all of us can leave, aliens invade.

It's good sarcastic comedy
Revisado: 10-18-19
Put you political view aside and just enjoy. If you take take Battle Royale Gaming, Mix in a new and totally unrespected/disrespected space agency, add some sarcastic military folks, a good amount of comedy and some Funked up Aliens, you get Space Force. Really enjoyed this one from the mention of the SS (Surprise S*&T) to the description of and Alien SS that sounded like a Krakken coughing up a hair ball, it was great.

don't switch the narrator in the middle of series
Revisado: 08-28-19
book was okay, but switch the narrator from the first 15 books to this guy really screwed up the experience and enjoyment of the book. the messed up pronunciations, the whiney characters made this one a tough book in the series to get through. the book series is decent, changing narrators...not so much

just say no to the guy reading
Revisado: 04-05-19
the book was passible, but attempted relationship development and supposed periods of sex between characters was HORRIBLE.....with the auther putting it in there the way he did, would been better off leaving it out completely or just saying...they had sex....it was made 100 times worse by the narrator. i really had to push through to finish it and am seriously considering trying to get my money back. there are so many better choices out there...my appologies to the author, but it could have been so much better

Historia
Set in present-day Los Angeles, Junk explores an epic conspiracy, one at work for thousands of years that involves total takeover of the planet Earth by aliens. In the wild, souped-up vision of Les Bohem - the acclaimed, Emmy-winning writer of the Steven Spielberg miniseries, Taken - the world is at the end stage of long-range plot that involves a gigantic genetic-engineering project. The aliens who have invaded us have no planet. No spaceship is coming. Instead, a small advance force comes, breeds, and dies - thus becoming an anomaly in our DNA that can’t be explained.
