Great story and book
Revisado: 08-22-18
Very well put together yarn of the French resurgence in Spain. Avoids the “Nelsonesque” intrigues with the opposite sex and does not over tell the story.

Charlie Castillo's secret unit has been disbanded - but that doesn't mean he's out of business. As experience has painfully shown him, there are many things the intelligence community can't do, won't do, or doesn't do well, and he has the men and assets to help set things straight.

Interesting approach to avoid dead end
Revisado: 02-03-11
This chapter of the Castillo saga answers the question - how to avoid creating a mercenary band out what has developed into a strong group of near mythical folks. Very cleverly done!!! The only problem is that this, like the last two Badge books, is significantly heavier on the moral introspection which tends to detract from the story line.
