Historia
This course is an introduction to the stock market and stock investing for novices and experienced investors alike. Professor DeGennaro uses simple analogies to explain the origin of stocks and other securities, as well as their relative risks. He stresses the danger of trying to beat the market by trying to pick winners, predict price trends, or otherwise find opportunities that other investors have missed.

Got this on the two for one deal. Excellent course! Great professor. Even without any additional material, the audio is very helpful.

Historia
Is there credible proof that Jesus of Nazareth really is the Son of God? In The Case for Christ, Lee Strobel, former legal editor of the Chicago Tribune and New York Times bestselling author, retraces his own spiritual journey from atheism to faith and builds a captivating case for Christ's divinity. In this revised and updated edition of The Case for Christ, Strobel cross-examines a dozen experts with doctorates from schools such as Cambridge, Princeton, and Brandeis, asking hard-hitting questions—and taking a deeper look at the evidence from the fields of science, philosophy, and history.

Answered tough questions!
Revisado: 12-24-16
Excellent in every way. I am a Christian and have been for most of my life. However, I had heard some challenges to Christianity by those close to me. I'm also at the age where it's time to decide what I personally believe, rather than what those around me believe, or my parents had taught me prior.
This book is an excellent start to answering the tough questions you frankly don't hear in churches and small groups.
This book solidified my faith further and caused me to realize that it's time for me to walk the walk again. Thank you Mr. Strobel for an experience that kept me on the edge of my seat for nine hours! And an experience that left me very, very satisfied with my trust in Christ.

Historia
"While the history books are filled with tales of obsessive visionary geniuses who remade the world in their images with sheer, almost irrational force, I've found that history is also made by individuals who fought their egos at every turn, who eschewed the spotlight, and who put their higher goals above their desire for recognition." Very good listen for a normal workday. Ego is the Enemy makes use of excellent comparisons and examples while keeping good humor. I

Historia
When scholars write the history of the world twenty years from now, what will they say was the most crucial development in the first few years of the twenty-first century? The attacks on the World Trade Center on 9/11 and the Iraq war? Or the convergence of technology and events that allowed India, China, and so many other countries to become part of the global supply chain for services and manufacturing, creating an explosion of wealth in the middle classes of the world's two biggest nations?

The World is indeed flat, and this book explains it in a manner that makes sense, and connects so many world events to form what we know as the flat world.
